BASgatewaySX Modbus to BACnet Gateway

The BASgatewaySX Gateway Module (BASGSX-M1) facilitates communication between a Pertronic F220 or F100 fire panel and a Building Management System (BMS).

Data which is broadcast by the fire panel is monitored by the gateway, and it reports specific items to the BMS using the BACnet protocol.

The gateway system consists of a Contemporary Controls BASgatewaySX Gateway Module connected to a Pertronic Industries SPIB Modbus Interface (SPIB-MODBUS HLI). The system is normally installed inside the fire alarm cabinet and connects to the BMS physical network via an Ethernet port.

Configurable to create BACnet objects representing various panel states
Configuration data for the BASgatewaySX module can be uploaded via the Ethernet port or USB port
Optically isolated RS485 port for connection to SPIB
